Beef Tapa
Originally a cuisine from Spain, tapas are now gaining popularity in US and worldwide. A snack or appetizer, it is usually consumed in between meals while socializing in taverns and bars over an alcoholic beverage.

The concept of tapas has a long tradition in the Philippines with little resemblance to the original meaning of the word. It is fried and eaten as a full meal, usually for breakfast with garlic rice and eggs. Our beef tapa is made of thin sliced lean beef which is cured to perfection that tastes like a jerky. Whether dehydrated in oven for homemade jerky, fried crisply as appetizers, or eaten as a breakfast meal… that’s your choice!
