Kikiam
Sugbu’s interpretation of Kikiam, pork and vegetable rolls wrapped in bean curd sheets. Originally a Chinese delicacy, and later adapted by Filipinos; this cuisine is delicately spiced with oriental flavors and has become a popular alternative to traditional Filipino taste… Deep- fried or baked, the taste is something that will linger in your taste buds… serve with chili or sweet and sour sauce… side dish or entrée? Cooking Instructions
- Thaw completely before cooking.
- For best results, slowly drop pork rolls one at a time in 1 minute interval in heated oil.
- Turn down heat to medium and keep cooking, turning the pork rolls frequently until brown.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 mins or until brown.
- Serve with chili or sweet and sour sauce.
