Pork on Bamboo Skewers in BBQ Seasoning
A must have for any filipino gathering… a delight for any barbecue party. These pork BBQ in bamboo skewers look mouth watering and lovely on the table. Made with just the right blend of marinade that makes this specialty a hit, use as appetizers or starters, or main dish. Cooking Instructions
- Thaw in refrigerator before cooking.
- Cook pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 155°F – 160°F.
- Grill on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side and baste with sauce. Keep exposed skewers away from heat.
- Broil in oven at low temperature. Wrap exposed skewers with foil and broil for 3 mins on each side. Remove and baste with oil.
- Basting Sauce: Mix equal portions of oil, ketchup & soy sauce or use any BBQ sauce.
